Jeff Andress, Mike Jewell, and Elizabeth Shephard are awesome, first let me say that i was a little hesitant because I'm in Maryland and their in Delaware BUT I'm so thankful that i made the decision to go with Anniemac. They were definitely on top of everything from the beginning of my refinancing until the very end of the refinancing process. They made sure they kept me in the loop, i didn't have to call them to find out where we were at in the process because they would call me which i loved. When i had a questions about things i didn't understand i would call and i would get a response within 10 minutes if that long. They made sure i understood what was going on. They are really pleasant, patient and caring people. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS
