Amanda was ON TOP of the ball during the entire transaction. She went out of her way to help the client with uploading and sending needed documents, especially when they were not very text savvy. If you are looking to refinance or get a mortgage Pat is the absolute best person to use. I use going through a divorce and exploring what options were best for me. He broke down what a refinance and an actual mortgage would look like for me. He answered absolutely every question and concern. Every text message and phone were returned and he never made feel like I was bothering him. I would definitely use Pat he has the patience of a saint.
