Michael always responded very promptly to any questions we had. He was always extremely professional. Michael worked very hard to get us an outstanding interest rate and we are very appreciative. This was our first time going through the refinancing process and Michael made it exremely stress-free. He was very thorough with his explanations throughout the process.
