Amanda was great with communication, she always kept me updated throughout the whole process of refinancing. If there was a rare occasion that she didn’t pick up the first time I called she always called back within the hour. She helped me through the whole process, answered any questions I had, and helped myself get the best rate possible lowering my mortgage almost $200 a month!
